From August 1, 2019 onwards, Qatar’s national airline will start operating its A350-1000 between Paris and Doha. The Airbus aircraft will accommodate 46 passengers in Business Class QSuite and 281 in Economy Class, in replacement of Boeing 777-300ER. Qatar Airways operates 3 daily flights between Doha-International and Paris-CDG. The two other flights are operated by an Airbus A380.

Paris also connected to the Gulf by Air France and Emirates (Dubai), Etihad Airways (Abu Dhabi), Gulf Air (Bahrain) and Kuwait Airways (Kuwait). Qatar Airways has no competition on the Paris-Doha route.

Qatar Airways was the launch customer of the A350-1000 and has ordered 42 of them to date.
